Life in Ancient Mexico Coloring Book by Dover Publications – Not only does Dover make some great coloring books, but we love all the little tidbits of information they include as well. This one is definitely a favorite.
Hill of Fire by Thomas P. Lewis – An I Can Read book, this gives you a look into the daily life of a farmer and into the historic eruption of Mt. Pirícutin in Mexico.
Not Just Tacos by Shirley Solis – interesting facts and delicious, easy to make, authentic Spanish recipes from Mexico and several other Latin American countries.
