What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail? – Robert H. Schuller
This quote grabbed ahold of my head and has not let it go since I read it a week ago. What would I do? Why not attempt it? Why do I believe that my dreams are impossible?
Michael Hyatt encourages his readers to make a list of all of their lifetime dreams and keep it with your list of long term and short term goals and review it often. In his book, EntreLeadership, Dave Ramsey says that you must make your dreams goals, and then put action steps in place to reach the goals and make your dreams realities.
And here is another quote by Robert H. Schuller:
The only place where your dream becomes impossible is in your own thinking.
All of this reminds me of God's declaration in four different Scripture passages (Matthew 19:26, Mark 10:27, Luke 1:37, and Luke 18:27)
. . . But with God all things are possible.
So, my question for you is:
What is your dream?
What is it that God is impressing upon you to do? To be? To say? To create? To ________? Are you willing to verbalize it? To write it down? To turn it into a goal? To plan some action steps that will get you closer to fulfilling it?
Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it. – I Thessalonians 5:24

Katie,
This reminds me of a post the Robert D published this week. He said the only thing holding us back is our doubts. My dream is to be a source of inspiration and encouragement and a mentor to other women. There – I’ve said it! 🙂
Thank you for linking up at Family Fun Friday! I love your post – I’m featuring you tomorrow.
