We just ordered the Charlotte Mason based Spanish curriculum from Cherrydale Press. I’ll let you know how it goes, but so far, it is the only system I have found that teaches verbs and grammar in an age appropriate way (my son is a kindergartener) everything else we have seen is either really basic vocab for kids, or conjugation charts for high schoolers. We are hoping this series will bridge that gap.

This year we are trying Espanol Para Chicos y Grandes by All Bilingual Press. I speak Spanish and taught High School Spanish before I became a mommy, but found it is hard to find a great Spanish program that is age appropriate for elementary students! I have thumbed through this curriculum and it looks great! I can’t wait to use it for my kids. AND it is quite affordable!
