Black = sin.
The first color in our book is Black. What do you think black means? Black represents sin. What is sin? (let them answer, and direct them to the truth) We are all sinners. And because of our sin we are separated from the Holy God and we deserve death.
For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Romans 6:23
Red = the blood of Christ.
The next page is red. Can anyone tell me what red might represent? (let them answer) Because God is so holy, we cannot come into his presence without being cleansed from our sin. The only way to cleanse it was through death, that is the penalty. Christ Jesus died in our place to pay the penalty for our sins. Through his death on the cross in our place, because he shed his own blood, we can have complete forgiveness. We must believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God and that he died for our sins, and that he rose again.
For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him might not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16
In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. I John 4:9
White = salvation.
White is next. Who knows what white means? (let them answer) Through Christ’s death in our place, God sees us as clean, and without the spots (dirtiness) of our sin. We are now pardoned (forgiven). The Bible says
If you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
But if we walk in the light, as he is int he light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his son cleanses us from all sin.
I John1:7 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. Romans 5:9

We used to do these wordless bracelets at the State Fair! Fun memories! Several years in Iowa and then Illinois!

Wow! At the State Fair! That is a cool thing. It’s a classic way to give the Gospel.
